The road to perfecting Aruga Branca is full of tough challenges that have to be overcome.

Among these challenges, the task of improving the quality of the "Koshu grape" which is the ingredient for the wine has been an unprecedented journey of trial and error for bothus and all Japanese. We have been steadily and quietly continuing our wine production, and have now expressed the ultimate in flavor in a bottle of Aruga Branca.

ARUGA BRANCA is made using only Japan's oldest "Koshu" variety of grapes, and is the hallmark of wine production in Katsunuma, Japan.
