Recently, resarch engineers of the zymrgy dept. of Bordeaux University discovered "Koshu grape" contains the element triggers generation of 3- Melcapt hexanol(3-MH).
3-MH is an element which generate distinctive smell of grapefruits and sauvignon blanc.

Our wine "ARUGA BRANCA ISEHARA" which is made from "Koshu grapes" harvested from our vineyard in Isehara area shows distinctive characteristic of 3-MH. For its rich fragrance and structure , Aruga Branca Isehara doesn't allow other wines to follow. It is achived to express the feature fragrance that arise from this delicate nature in wine by a through quality controll in the wine making process.
